Shallow depth of field
Shallow depth of field is used primarily to isolate the subject from its environment, and it is used a lot in portrait work, macro
photography, and sports photography. Deep or Large Depth of Field. When the aperture is small (ex. f/16), the image has a

Deep depth of field
To achieve a very deep depth-of-field, you need an aperture setting of f/16 or smaller. Keep in mind that the focal length of
your lens also affects depth-of-field. Wide angle lenses usually have a deeper depth-of-field than telephoto lenses when they're
set at the same f/stop.

my best
I think this is my best image as it clearly shows a medium depth of field, the focus point is the metal pole and the surroundings
are out of focus. As you can see the foreground is more obscure than the background and the focus point is extremely clear.
The lighting is perfect and I feel I have a good composition.

My worst
This one isn't my personal favorite as this is a deep depth of field. The trumpet makes the shot look blurry and out of
focus,The main focus of the picture was to get a medium depth of field with the main focus the trumpet but from the reflection
of the trumpet makes the shot look weird.
